    • When are The Locks posted?
      On Saturday & Sunday of football season, the Locks are posted before 10:00am CST. Other days are dependent on the day's sporting schedule. Because of late information on a suspension or injury to a player (or some other major event), Locks may be changed on very rare occasions. Please check Lance’s Lock officlal Twitter account (@LancesLock) throughout the day - if any changes are made, you will be alerted there. Locks are ‘official’ and on the record as of 15 minutes prior to the start of the contest.
    • How do you keep track of the results of The Locks?
      Locks are graded Because the site is updated daily, the prior day’s Locks are presented on our daily blog post with the results, We do our best to be as transparent as possible with our information, and you can check the prior blog posts against our record. If you ever notice an inconsistency, please bring it to our attention on the Contact page, and we will review.
    • Do you offer refunds?
      With Lance’s Locks, you are purchasing sports analysis, which is not subject to any refund policy. All sales are final. If you decide to end your subscription you can do so, but any prior paid amounts are not subject to refund.

    • How do I unsubscribe?
      If you would like to discontinue your subscription, please email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and we will cancel your subscription, or follow these steps to cancel your subscription via your PayPal account
      • Login to your PayPal account
      • Go to your Profile via the Profile link in the top right of the page
      • Go to "My Money" on the left side menu
      • Under "My preapproved payments" click on Update
      • Click on the Active subscription to HLT Sports, LLC
      • Click on Cancel
    • I have questions concerning age restrictions, site usage, and privacy. Where can I find those?

    • How do I change my payment information?
      We do not store your credit card information on our site. If your credit card information needs to be updated or changed, please contact us and we will send you further instructions
