We have so many subscribers (fortunately), that in order for us to keep things organized, we need that paper trail. Whether you'be signed up, have a question about subscription packages, or if you have cancelled your subscription - it all needs to be done via email. No phone calls (we don't even have an actual phone for the business - just a Google #). Have to do it this way.
