A FAQ: If I subscribe towards the end of the month, can I get it prorated?
ANSWER: Not how it works. The subscription manager program we have records your subscription date (for example: the 25th of the month), and that gives you access to the Locks for one full month from that date. (25th to the 25th of the next month) On the 25th of the next month, you'll be charged again, and so on. And as always, you can ask to cancel at anytime, and you will no longer be charged. You would just lose access to the Locks at the end of your paid-for subscription period.
We may repost that question a few times between now and the season, but just wanted to include for those that were curious.
