THE PLAN FOR MAY:
We are going to approach May the same way we approached April. Everyone gets a 100% refund, no matter when sports pick back up. We are looking at the UFC event, so stay tuned for that. As of now, we will likely go back to billing in June as there should be some level of activity then.
As we've said before, we are unable to 'freeze' subscriptions, and are only able to refund charges once they happen. Just how our payment processor is set up. We've gotten everyone taken care of so far.
