Just updating everyone that we've continued to refund all April charges at 100%. As of this writing, all refunds have been initiated, so those that were charged this morning or yesterday, know that it takes a few days for the payment processor to complete the refund. Just know it's coming back.
Just a quick update that we are still refunding 100% of our April subscriptions. As of this writing, the administrator has issued all refunds of April subscriptions through the morning of April 12. If you were charged in the last day or so, know that it typically takes a few days for our payment processor to process the refund, but the money IS coming back your way.
Just updating. All charges from April 1 through April 5 have been refunded at 100%. We will continue to refund at 100% until we get some sort of end in sight. As you all can guess, a very fluid situation.
Just checking in. We have refunded all of our March charges at 50%, and we refunded our first few April charges at 100%. Again, we apologize that we are having to do this in arrears, but unfortunately with how our subscription manager software works, that was the cleanest option for everyone.
Just want to update everyone - we have done the March 50% refund on all charges for charges from March 20-24. The admin will be batch process the refunds for charges March 25-31 at the end of the month. We realize we are doing this in arrears, unfortunately with our subscription manager set up, this was just the choice we made. We'll be doing our best to make sure that all of you make out whole.
